Torchwood Series 4?

Could this be the news we have all been waiting for? Russell T is making all the right noises in a recent interview which you can read here.

    That manages to say nothing at all, really. All the 'we hope' and 'fingers crossed' sounds like nothing has been decided yet - and that he's trying to drum up both interest and publicity.

    Then again I may have a slightly cynical and jaundiced view of anything he says.
